   I was born in Livorno (Italy) in 1968. From 1991 to the end of 1997 I was first of all in Spain and later in France where I began to develop my experience in the area of ceramic work. By attending training courses and working in various studios I came across a number of different techniques for modeling and sculpting.

   By experimenting I was able to develop techniques for mixing chemicals in the preparation of glazing. I acquired the practical experience necessary by have been involved in actual workshops and managemente experience in a number of other workshops where I also had responsability for training people who worked there.

I returned to Italy in 1997 and set up a studio in Poderia, near Salerno, within the Cilento National Park, where I spend time and exhibit my work during summer period.

Acquisita la necessaria competenza-mi sono occupato dell’installazione, l’avviamento e la gestione di alcuni laboratori,curando in prima persona la formazione teorica e pratica del personale che operava nel settore della ceramica.

I actually live in Tuscany and my main activities take place in my studio based in Camugliano, near Ponsacco, situated in the province of Pisa.

AI take part in monthly market held by the city authority of Pisa where there are antique and modern works as well as traditional arts and crafts. I also exhibit my work weekly at different craft fairs around Tuscany.
